Unos términos sencillos para una app pequeña hecha por una sola persona. Usar VitalPane significa aceptarlos.
Qué es VitalPane
VitalPane es una app para iPhone y iPad que enseña en widgets los datos que ya tienes en la app Salud de Apple. La hace y la mantiene Ignacio Divasson, desarrollador independiente en España. No está vinculada a Apple ni a los fabricantes de los relojes, básculas y apps que escriben en Salud.
No es un producto sanitario ni un consejo médico
Lee esto antes que nada. VitalPane no es un producto sanitario. No diagnostica, no trata, no previene ni vigila ninguna enfermedad, y no sustituye el consejo de un profesional sanitario. Sus comparaciones — «más alto de lo habitual», una deuda de sueño, una proyección de peso — salen de tu propio historial y son orientativas, no una norma médica.
No tomes decisiones sobre tu salud, tu medicación o tu entrenamiento solo por lo que diga la app. Si algo te preocupa, habla con tu médico, y ante una urgencia, llama al 112.
Los datos son tuyos y de tus dispositivos
La app solo enseña lo que hay en Salud. Si un reloj, una báscula o una app escribe un dato mal, o no lo escribe, VitalPane lo enseñará mal o no lo enseñará. No controlo esos dispositivos y no puedo garantizar lo que registran.
Los widgets dependen de iOS
Es iOS quien decide cuándo despierta la app y cuándo se redibuja un widget. En modo de bajo consumo, después de reiniciar o con el teléfono sin usar, un widget puede ir con retraso. Cada widget indica cuándo su número es viejo, pero no confíes en él para nada en lo que un dato atrasado sea peligroso.
Úsala con sentido
No intentes saltarte las protecciones de la app, ni usarla para nada que vaya contra la ley de donde estés.
Sin garantía
VitalPane se ofrece tal cual, sin garantías de ningún tipo. No puedo prometer que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que un cálculo sea exacto.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondo de los daños indirectos o derivados del uso de VitalPane, incluidos los que vengan de fiarse de un número, una comparación o una proyección. Nada de esto limita la responsabilidad que la ley no permita limitar, y si eres consumidor en la UE, tus derechos legales siguen intactos.
Precio y disponibilidad
VitalPane es gratis y se distribuye a través de la App Store, sujeta a los términos de Apple. Puedo cambiar lo que hace la app, o dejar de distribuirla, en una versión futura.
Cambios en estos términos
Si estos términos cambian, cambia la fecha de arriba y la versión nueva se aplica desde la actualización siguiente.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas la protección de las normas imperativas del país donde vives.

Plain terms for a small app made by one person. Using VitalPane means you accept them.
What VitalPane is
VitalPane is an iPhone and iPad app that shows, as widgets, data you already have in Apple's Health app. It is made and maintained by Ignacio Divasson, an individual developer in Spain. It is not affiliated with Apple or with the makers of the watches, scales and apps that write to Health.
Not a medical device, and not medical advice
Read this first. VitalPane is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor any condition, and it is no substitute for advice from a health professional. Its comparisons — "higher than usual", a sleep debt, a weight projection — come from your own history and are indicative, not a medical standard.
Don't make decisions about your health, medication or training based only on what the app shows. If something worries you, talk to your doctor, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
The data comes from you and your devices
The app only shows what is in Health. If a watch, scale or app records something wrongly, or not at all, VitalPane will show it wrongly or not at all. I don't control those devices and can't guarantee what they record.
Widgets depend on iOS
iOS decides when the app is woken and when a widget redraws. In Low Power Mode, after a restart, or with the phone unused, a widget can lag behind. Each widget marks when its number is old, but don't rely on it for anything where stale data would be dangerous.
Use it sensibly
Don't try to get around the app's protections, or use it for anything unlawful where you are.
No warranty
VitalPane is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. I can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any calculation will be accurate.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of VitalPane, including loss from relying on a number, a comparison or a projection. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you're a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Price and availability
VitalPane is free and distributed through the App Store, subject to Apple's terms. I may change what the app does, or stop distributing it, in a future version.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version applies from the release that follows it.
Governing law
Spanish law governs these terms. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
